WHICH COAST Review of Burn Down The High School

"I really enjoy listening to Blind Uncle Harry; the music he creates is a certain kind of special that you want to keep coming back to."

Aug 11 2022 Chris “Harry” Doran, known by his artist name Blind Uncle Harry, is a singer/songwriter from Bloomington Indiana. We have previously checked out quite a few of Blind Uncle Harry’s songs including “Christmas Day in Australia”, “Dopesmokers of the World Unite and Take Over”, “Song For Kori”, American Way and “I Just Want You To Know” and today we are back to listen to “Burn Down The High School”!

“Burn Down The High School” is quite provocative in its name and nature; the opening of the video indicates that Blind Uncle Harry is not advocating for the burning of any schools, rather he is highlighting his perceived benefits of burning one down. This track is one that surely get you thinking and Blind Uncle Harry’s lyrics are as engaging as ever. This artist’s folk-influenced style is always sure to entertain and this song is a striking example.

I really enjoy listening to Blind Uncle Harry; the music he creates is a certain kind of special that you want to keep coming back to.

It goes without saying that we here at Which Coast do not advocate for the burning of High Schools or any other similar institutions.
